The finer details: Lead a vibrant OSHC team in Brisbane Full-time maternity cover $41.67/hr super Block shifts based on the needs of the service, which would consist of a mix between open and close shifts This is a non-contact out-of-ratio position About the Role As the Service Coordinator, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant OSHC and Vacation Care service. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll oversee staff rosters, coordinate programming, and ensure top-tier administrative and HR processes are in place to support an engaging and safe environment for children. You’ll be the go-to person for families, team members, and the broader school community, ensuring strong relationships and smooth operations from start to finish. What You’ll Do Lead and support a dedicated team of educators Manage rosters, staffing schedules, and payroll coordination Liaise with families, staff, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with the Department of Education and Child Protection policies Support recruitment, induction, and training processes Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all What You Bring Previous experience in OSHC or a similar coordination/admin role Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder Solid understanding of NQF and relevant compliance frameworks A genuine passion for creating engaging experiences for children Why Join our Client?
